1. Open google account or use existing one to step number 2
if you dot have google mail then click above " google account" then fill valid details to opening account then accept all terms that google wants
2. Search "blogger" on your browser then click to open
3. Sign up for blogger with your google mail
4. Choose blogger profile then continue with other step
5. then continue with next step by click "continue to blogger"
6. Add new blog by click top left "new blog" tab
7. Write your title together with address....test address till ticked and message "this blog address available" then click "create blog" tab
8. Blog is ready for publishing. In this step you will see blog panel resourses such as overview, posts, pages, Comments, stats, earnings, campaigns, layout, Template together with settings.
